Mitchell Ward – Co-Founder
Mitch brings a wealth of experience from the prepaid industry, having co-founded one of the largest suppliers of shopping centre gift cards in Australia (second only to Westfield). His background spans gifting, rewards, and loyalty programs, making him well-versed in growing businesses with alternative payment solutions. Also a coffee enthusiast, Mitch took his passion a step further by opening and operating a café with his family in 2020, gaining firsthand knowledge of the trade. His deep understanding of both the café industry and digital payment systems played a pivotal role in shaping BrewBank’s vision. Outside of work, Mitch is an avid golfer and a devoted (though long-suffering) fan of the North Melbourne Roos.
Joshua Clarke – Co-Founder
At just 22, Josh is a dynamic young entrepreneur with a background in eCommerce and a knack for innovation. While pursuing a full-time degree in aerospace engineering, Josh launched his first online business, sparking a passion that led him to managing three eCommerce stores and opening a brick-and-mortar retail outlet. His hands-on experience in branding, marketing, web development, and social media advertising is crucial to BrewBank’s growth and the development of its app. With the philosophy of creating products that deliver genuine value, developing a comprehensive platform to benefit both cafés and their customers was a no-brainer. When he’s not working on the next big thing, you’ll find him sweating it out at Muay Thai or training calisthenics.
Maner Puyawan – Development Partner
Maner is a payments technology mogul based in Las Vegas, bringing over two decades of IT expertise to BrewBank. As the founder of Xentra Solutions, a leading global IT company, Maner has been instrumental in creating BrewBank’s app and advancing its technology. His leadership in the tech and payments space has earned him numerous accolades, most recently being featured on the cover of “Asia Business Outlook” as one of the ‘Top 10 Most Promising Business Leaders in Asia 2024’. Xentra’s recognition as the most trusted IT company in the Philippines also highlights Maner’s commitment to security and innovation. Beyond his professional achievements, Maner is an accomplished athlete, having completed multiple full Ironman triathlons.
