How does it work?
Your customers will have the ability to purchase 5, 10, or 20 coffees upfront, in exchange for a small discount. The cash goes straight to you, and your customers can redeem their coffees at their own pace.

How will my older customers respond?
One of our biggest points of consideration when creating our app was to make it as easy as possible for older customers to use.
We haven’t tried to reinvent the wheel – our interface closely resembles standard online menus, and once a customer has purchased their coffee package, they can redeem them in just 2 easy clicks.
The older population is becoming more and more competent on the internet – in fact, in 2018 the ABS identified that 61.2% of people aged 65 and over were using the internet. You’d only imagine that it’s increased in the past 7 years as technology becomes more accessible, especially during the pandemic, with QR scanning and other functions becoming normalised.
From our initial trial, older customers are incredibly welcoming of BrewBank. They are more than willing to grasp a new concept for cheaper and more convenient coffee.
Why should I discount my coffee?
Discounting coffee has always been a staple in the café industry – whether it’s a “Buy 9, Get 1 Free” loyalty card or a discounted coffee with breakfast as part of an early bird special. Customers have come to expect some form of reward for their loyalty.
BrewBank follows the same principle, but with a smarter twist. We give customers an incentive to pay you upfront in exchange for a bulk pricing discount.
